Modern Slavery Statement

1. Our business

We are a small Croydon-based group operating in security services, online retail and residential property management, employing staff directly and engaging contractors and suppliers in the United Kingdom.

Our turnover is below the reporting threshold in the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We publish this statement voluntarily because the sectors we work in carry known risk.

2. Where the risk sits

We assess our highest exposure as agency and subcontracted labour in security and property maintenance, and imported goods in our retail supply chain.

3. Our people

Every worker is recruited directly by us or through agencies we have checked. We verify identity and right to work before a first shift, pay at least the applicable statutory minimum, and pay workers directly into an account in their own name.

• No worker pays a fee to obtain work with us.
• We do not hold original identity documents against a worker's wishes.
• Working hours are recorded, and rest breaks are scheduled into rotas.

4. Suppliers and contractors

We expect suppliers and subcontractors to meet the same standards and to allow reasonable enquiry into their labour practices. Where a supplier cannot satisfy us, we do not continue with them.

5. Awareness and reporting

Supervisors are briefed on the indicators of exploitation, which our officers are well placed to notice on site. Any concern can be raised in confidence with a director and, where appropriate, we report to the police or the Modern Slavery Helpline.

6. Review

This statement is reviewed annually and approved by the directors of Salesify Ltd.
