1. About us

This site is operated by Salesify Ltd, a private limited company registered in England, company number 15517488, with its registered office at Unit 3, Croydon House, 1 Peall Road, Croydon, England, CR0 3EX.

2. Using this website

You may use this site for legitimate enquiries about our services. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Quotations and contracts

Prices and descriptions on this site are indicative and do not constitute an offer. A contract comes into existence only when we issue a written quotation or order confirmation and you accept it.

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and assume the site conditions and access described to us at the time of survey.

4. Service delivery

We will carry out our services with reasonable skill and care, using appropriately licensed personnel where the law requires it. Security officers deployed on guarding assignments hold valid SIA licences.

Where work depends on access, keys, power or information from you, delays caused by those not being available are not our responsibility.

5. Payment

Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may suspend services on accounts that fall materially overdue, having given notice first. Interest on late payment may be charged at the statutory rate.

6. Liability

We maintain insurance appropriate to the services we provide, and details are available on request. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount recoverable under our relevant insurance policy.

7. Term and cancellation

Notice periods are set out in the contract for the work. For recurring security and property contracts, either party may end the agreement by giving the notice stated in the service schedule.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
